摘要
革命文化是具有高度廉洁性的文化,可通过理想信念、价值理念和作风纪律三个维度挖掘革命文化何以助力新时代廉洁文化建设的内在缘由。通过梳理总结革命时期廉洁文化建设的实践探索,发现严惩腐败的态度和决心、建立健全制度规范体系和常态化开展思想政治教育工作是有效遏制腐败之风、建设廉洁政党的重要经验。新时代,以史为鉴、守正创新,通过惩治威慑从严、完善法规制度、加强思想教育三方面统摄发力于廉洁文化建设,继而深化不敢腐、不能腐、不想腐一体推进。
The revolutionary culture is a culture with high purity,which can be explored the reasons why revolutionary culture can assi st in the construction of clean culture in the new era from three dimensions:ideals,values,good style and strict discipline.By combing and summarizing the practical exploration of the construction of clean culture during the new-democratic revolution period,it can be found that the attitude and determination to severely punish corruption,improving the systems and regulations,and normalization of ideological and political education is important experience to effectively curb corruption and build a clean political party.In the new era,draw lessons from history and innovation,the construction of clean culture will continue to deepen the integration of systems and mechanisms ensuring that officials do not dare,are not able,and ultimately have no desire to be corrupt through the three as pects of strict punishment and deterrence,improving laws and regulations,and strengthening ideological education.
