摘要
为了克服对套管进行固定周期停电检修的检修周期长、检修不精确等问题,探讨了高压套管的在线监测方案,给出了一种套管末端在线监测装置的设计方案,以保证及时发现套管设备绝缘缺陷,对保障电力系统安全运行具有重要意义。根据所设计的套管末端在线监测系统整体结构,介绍了监测系统中在线监测单元结构,以及在线监测单元结构中局部信号调理电路、高速采集电路以及电源功能电路的设计,最后通过测试实验,证明了在线监测系统可以实时监测高压套管运行状态,设计的在线监测装置具有稳定、准确、有效的特点。
Brushing maintenance is a normal operation in power substations,but the maintenance cycle is too long in fixed period power outage maintenance schemas which decreasing the maintenance accuracy.An on-line brushing monitoring system is proposed to change the situation.A kind of on-line monitoring device for the end shield of the bushing is developed to ensure to find bushing equipment insulation defects in time.According to the structure of the system,the design of the local signal conditioning circuit,the high-speed acquisition circuit and the power function circuit are demonstrated.Finally,it is proved by the tests that the on-line monitoring system can monitor the running state of high voltage busing in real time,and the designed on-line monitoring device is stable,accurate and effective.
