摘要
为解决35 kV架空线路的雷击跳闸问题,设计了一种新型自脱离灭弧防雷装置,该装置利用产气筒内的薄膜在大电流通过时快速产气促进熄弧。为验证装置有效性,采用有限元软件评估了装置的熄弧能力,并进行了雷电冲击闪络试验和灭弧试验,结果表明外间隙长度为360 mm的自脱离灭弧防雷装置能够与FXBW_(4)-35/70绝缘子形成良好的绝缘配合;自脱离灭弧防雷装置能在10 ms内熄灭幅值4 kA的工频续流,并防止电弧重燃,具有良好的灭弧与保护效果。
To solve the lightning trip problem of 35 kV overhead line,a self-disengaging arc extinguishing lightning protection device is proposed,which can generate a large amount of gas in the gas-producing cylinder and extinguish the arc through the principle of film gas production.To verify the effectiveness of the method,the finite element software simulation is adopted to evaluate the arc extinguishing ability of the device.The results show that the self-disengaging arc protection device with 360 mm outer gap length can form a good insulation fit with FXBW_(4)-35/70 insulator;the device can extinguish the frequency continuity current with the amplitude up to 4 kA within 5 ms and prevent the arc from reigniting,which has a good arc extinguishing and protection effect.
