摘要
目的 研究针刺联合穴位贴敷治疗原发性骨质疏松症的临床效果。方法 将2018年5月—2020年7月南昌市洪都中医院接收的90例原发性骨质疏松症患者作为研究对象,并采用双盲法将其分为常规组和研究组,各45例。常规组采用常规药物治疗,而研究组在常规组的基础上采用针刺联合穴位贴敷治疗,比较2组治疗前后的中医证候积分、骨密度和视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分。结果 治疗后,研究组的中医证候积分明显低于常规组(P<0.05);研究组的股骨颈、腰椎L2~L4骨密度明显高于常规组,VAS评分低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论 在常规药物治疗基础上采用针刺联合穴位贴敷治疗原发性骨质疏松症,能进一步改善患者症状,提高其骨密度,并减轻疼痛。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with acupoint application in treating primary osteoporosis(POP).Methods Ninety POP inpatients in Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2018 to July 2020 were divided into regular group and study group by randomized and double blind method,with 45 cases in each group.The conventional group was intervened by conventional medication,and the study group was given acupuncture combined with acupoint application in addition to the intervention for the conventional group.TCM syndrome,the levels of bone mass density(BMD)and cumulative scores of pains(Visual Analogue Score)were compared before treatment and after treatment.Results After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).The bone mineral density of femoral neck and lumbar L2~L4 in the study group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group,and the VAS score was lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with acupoint application addition to conventional medication treatment can further improve the patient’s symptoms,increase BMD and relieve pain in POP patients.
