摘要
目的观察蒙药呼日图包如-2胶囊治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的效果。方法将2020年10月—2021年10月内蒙古自治区中医医院收治的100例绝经后骨质疏松症患者随机分为治疗组、对照组,每组50例。治疗组采用基础治疗联合口服碳酸钙D3片、骨化三醇胶丸、蒙药呼日图包如-2胶囊治疗,对照组采用基础治疗及口服阿仑膦酸钠片治疗。6个月后观察2组情况。结果(1)目测类比评定法(VSA)评分:治疗后2组患者随着治疗时间之增长VSA评分逐步降低,治疗后2周、1个月组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)骨密度之变化:治疗前、治疗后2组患者骨密度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(3)评价疗效:治疗组总有效率为86.00%(43/50),对照组总有效率为82.00%(41/50)。(4)中医证候积分:治疗以后2组积分都有降低,且治疗组与对照组相比积分更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论蒙药呼日图包如-2胶囊能有效治疗绝经后骨质疏松症,在降低VSA评分及中医证候积分方面效果优于对照组,且无不良反应。
Objective To observe the effect of Mongolian medicine Huritubaoru-2 capsule on postmenopausal osteoporosis.Methods A total of 100 patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis admitted to Inner Mongolia Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2020 to October 2021 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with basic treatment combined with oral calcium carbonate D3 tablets,calcitriol capsules and Mongolian medicine huritubaoru-2 capsule,while the control group was treated with basic treatment and oral alendronate sodium tablets.The two groups were observed 6 months later.Results Visual analog rating(VSA)score:after treatment,the VSA score of the 2 groups gradually decreased with the increase of treatment time,and the difference between the 2 weeks and 1 month after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).Changes in bone mineral density:there was no significant difference in bone mineral density between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).Evaluation efficacy:the total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.00%(43/50),and that of the control group was 82.00%(41/50).TCM syndrome score:After treatment,the scores of both groups were reduced,and the scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Mongolian medicine huritubaoru-2 capsule can effectively treat postmenopausal osteoporosis.It is better than the control group in VSA score and TCM syndrome score,and has no adverse reactions.
