摘要
目的 探讨清热化瘀方联合补益冲任针刺法对早发性卵巢功能不全卵巢形态及子宫容受性和血清维生素E结合蛋白Afamin、外周血单核细胞中E3泛素连接酶Peli1的影响。方法 将2020年1月至2022年1月于石家庄市中医院妇科就诊的120例早发性卵巢功能不全患者作为研究对象,分为对照组和试验组,各60例。对照组采取芬吗通联合补益冲任针刺法进行治疗,试验组在对照组基础上服用清热化瘀方。1个疗程共28 d,连续治疗3个疗程。对比两组疗效情况及治疗前后卵巢体积、窦卵泡数(AFC)、Afamin、Peli1、妊娠相关蛋白gly-codelin和白血病抑制因子(LIF)水平。结果 试验组治疗总有效率96.67%显著高于对照组的83.33%(P<0.05);试验组卵巢体积和AFC均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组gly-codelin、LIF均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组Afamin、Peli1 mRNA表达水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 清热化瘀方联合补益冲任针刺法对早发性卵巢功能不全患者卵巢形态及子宫容受性有较好的改善效果,同时可增强Afamin、Peli1的表达,有助于提高临床疗效。
Objective To investigate the effect of Qingre Huayu Recipe combined with Buyi Chongren acupuncture on ovarian morphology,follicular blood flow parameters,uterine receptivity and serum vitamin E binding protein Afamin and E3 ubiquitin ligase in peripheral blood monocytes Peli1 in premature ovarian insufficiency.Methods A total of 120 patients with premature ovarian insufficiency who visited Department of Gynecology of Shijiazhuang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects.The 120 research subjects were divided into control group and experimental group,with 60 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with Fenmotong combined with Buyi Chongren acupuncture.The patients in the experimental group took Qingre Huayu Recipe on the basis of the control group.One course of treatment lasted for 28 days,and the patient received 3 courses of treatment in a row.The curative effects,ovarian volume,antral follicle count(AFC),Afamin,Peli1,pregnancy-related protein gly-codelin and leukemia inhibitory factor(LIF)levels before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(83.33%,P<0.05).The ovarian volume and AFC in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Gly-codelin and LIF in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The expression levels of Afamin and Peli1 mRNA in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Qingre Huayu Recipe combined with Buyi Chongren acupuncture has a better effect on improving the ovarian morphology and uterine receptivity of patients with premature ovarian insufficiency,and at the same time,it enhances the expression of Afamin and Peli1,which is helpful to improve the clinical efficacy.
