智能调峰e型零气耗鼓风热干燥器系统的研究

摘要 系统采用网络搜索跟踪技术通过对国家电网各省的分时电价进行实时监测,由云端服务器通过强大的云计算功能,对干燥器运行大数据进行趋势分析及智能判断,通过自行研发的基于IIoT技术的智联云管家,把干燥器再生时的耗能阶段精准控制在夜间用电低谷时段,使用夜间电网上的过剩电能进行再生工作,降低了电网日间碳排放量,为实现碳中和做出了贡献。同时由于低谷电费大约是高峰电价的四分之一左右,这使得e型干燥器的综合运行成本相对于标准机型降低约55%~61%,为用户带来了明显的收益。 The system adopts the website search and tracking technology to conduct real-time monitoring on the electricity price in different time period in all provinces of the State Grid.The cloud server conducts trend analysis and intelligent judgment on the dryer operation mega data through the powerful cloud computing function.Through the self-developed SMART data processor based on IIoT technology,the energy consumption phase of the dryer regeneration is precisely controlled at the low tide power consumption period at night.The use of excess electricity from the nighttime power grid for regeneration work has reduced the daytime carbon emissions of the State Grid and contributed to achieving carbon neutrality.At the same time,due to the low tide electricity cost being about a quarter of the peak electricity price,the comprehensive operating cost of the e-Model dryer is reduced by about 55%~61%compared to the standard model,bringing significant benefits to users.
