摘要
目的分析本院中药自制制剂的使用情况,为本院中药制剂室的改建和医院中药制剂的可持续发展提供理论依据。方法通过本院HIS信息系统,抓取自2018-2020年医院中药自制制剂的使用情况等有关数据进行分析。结果2018-2020年本院6个品种自制制剂均在使用,且从2018-2020年本院中药自制制剂使用量每年均在上升,但是在全院药品使用中所占的比例仍亟待提高;中药自制制剂住院使用量远远多于门诊使用量;本院中药自制制剂普通精神科住院使用金额占比最高分别为91.40%、90.88%、92.62%,而康复科占比在逐年减少。结论医院需要结合自身中药自制制剂方面的不足与优势,进一步加强对中药制剂室软、硬装备建设的支持,以更好地发挥医院临床精神专科优势,促进医院特色专科建设,推进中药自制制剂研究的进一步深入开展,使医院将更多更优的中药自制制剂应用于临床,更好地与医院临床需求密切衔接,从而惠及更多的病人。
Objective To analyze usage of self-made traditional Chinese medicine preparations in our hospital(Wuxi City Mental Health Center)and provide theoretical basis for reconstruction of traditional Chinese medicine preparation room and sustainable development of traditional Chinese medicine preparations in our hospital.Methods Based on HIS information system in our hospital,the paper collected relevant data on useage of self-made traditional Chinese medicine preparations in our hospital from 2018 to 2020 for analysis.Results From 2018 to 2020,6 varieties of self-made preparations in our hospital were in use,usage of self-made traditional Chinese medicine preparations in our hospital increased every year.from 2018 to 2020,but proportion of drugs in hospital still needs to be improved.Usage of self-made traditional Chinese medicine preparations in hospital was far greater than outpatient.The highest proportion of hospitalization expenses for self-made traditional Chinese medicine preparations in general psychiatric department of our hospital were 91.40%,90.88%and 92.62%respectively from 2018 to 2020,proportion of rehabilitation departments was decreasing year by year.Conclusion Hospitals should further strengthen support for construction of soft and hard equipment in traditional Chinese medicine preparation room,combined with disadvantages and advantages in field of self-made traditional Chinese medicine preparations,to better leverage clinical psychiatric specialty advantages,promote construction of hospital characteristic specialties and promote further in-depth research on self-made traditional Chinese medicine preparations,so than more and better self-made traditional Chinese medicine preparations can be appied in clinical practice and connect with clinical needs better and benefit more patients.
