摘要
针对7055铝合金环形模锻件,通过不同的T73热处理工艺参数试验,对锻件不同方向的力学性能进行分析。试验发现,采用双级淬火+双级时效热处理制度,7055铝合金环形模锻件的力学性能优异,锻件横向平均抗拉强度为564.75 MPa,屈服强度为527.25 MP,延伸率为9.42%;锻件高向平均抗拉强度为517.12 MPa,屈服强度为482.08 MP,延伸率为8.63%。
The mechanical properties of 7055 aluminum alloy ring die forgings in different directions were analyzed through dfferent T73 heat treatment process parameters tests.The test results showed that the mechanical properties of 7055 aluminum alloy ring die forgings using a two-stage quenching and aging heat treatment system were excellent.The average tensile strength of the transverse specimens was 564.75 MPa,the yield strength was 527.25 MPa,and the elongation was 9.42%.The average tensile strength of the high direction specimens was 517.12 MPa,the yield strength was 482.08 MPa,and the elongation was 8.63%.
