摘要 目的分析标准化病人结合PBL教学模式的应用现状及其效果。方法通过国内外多个数据库进行检索,表格汇总和录入文献资料,对纳入的国内外文献进行SWOT分析。结果共纳入国内外文献159篇。经研究分析,相较传统教学模式,标准化病人结合PBL教学模式更利于提高临床医学生的理论及实践成绩[78.62%(125/159)]。标准化病人的应用分类中,采用医师作为标准化病人能使教学模拟更加真实,有效降低成本,应用效果较好。总体来说,国内SP还在探索和继续发展阶段,缺乏统一的培训机构和标准,应建立专业的SP协会用于管理培训和制定统一标准。SWOT分析表明,相较于LBL教学模式,标准化病人结合PBL教学模式拓展了学生的知识面及临床思维,有效提高其学习兴趣和沟通能力,更适用于现代医学教育精细化和实践化需求。结论标准化病人结合PBL教学模式可避免传统教学模式的诸多弊端,有效解决临床病例匮乏等问题,可为各医学院校探索适用于自身条件的教学模式提供新思路。 Objective To analyze the current status of application of standardized patient combined with PBL teaching model and its effectiveness.Methods A search was conducted through several databases at home and abroad,Excel summarized and entered the literature,and SWOT analysis was performed on the included domestic and foreign literature.Results A total of 159 literatures from home and abroad were included.According to the research and analysis,compared with the traditional teaching mode,the standardized patient combined with PBL teaching mode was more beneficial to improve the theoretical and practical scores of clinical medical students(78.62%(125/159)).In the application classification of standardized patients,using physicians as standardized patients could make the teaching simulation more real,effectively reduce the cost,and the application effect was better.Generally speaking,domestic SP was still in the stage of exploration and continuing development,and there was a lack of unified training institutions and standards.Professional SP associations should be established to manage training and formulate unified standards.SWOT analysis showed that compared with LBL teaching mode,PBL teaching mode combined with standardized patients could expand students'knowledge and clinical thinking,effectively improve their learning interest and communication ability,and was more suitable for the refined and practical needs of modern medical education.Conclusions The standardized patient combined with PBL teaching model could avoid many disadvantages of the traditional teaching model,effectively solve the problems of the lack of clinical cases,which could provide new ideas for medical schools to explore the teaching model suitable for their own conditions.
