摘要
预应力锚索在边坡施工过程中能显著提升支护结构的强度,得到了广泛的应用。工程中一般选用钢绞线作为锚索主体材料,但容易发生锈蚀、断索等问题。纤维增强复合材料(Fiber Reinforced Polymer,FRP)具有轻质、高强、耐腐蚀、抗疲劳等优点,应用到预应力锚索结构上可以大幅提高其承载力,并且可以为锚索的回收利用提供条件。首先介绍了FRP锚索的制备工艺,按照应变率相关的岩石力学问题分类及试验方法将FRP力学性能研究分类阐述,其次分析了现有的FRP锚索的端头锚固形式及其特点,最后对FRP锚索在工程中的应用与发展情况进行了梳理,并对FRP锚索的可行回收方式进行了展望。
The prestressed anchor cable can significantly improve the strength of support structure,which is widely used in slope support.Generally,steel strands are the main material for anchors in engineering,but they are susceptible to face the problems of corrosion or broken cable.Because fiber reinforced polymer(FRP)has the advantages of lightweight,high strength,corrosion resistance and excellent fatigue resistance,that it is applied in prestressed anchor structures can significantly improve their load-bearing capacity and provide conditions for recovering the anchors.Firstly,the preparation process of FRP anchor cable is introduced in this paper,and the FRP mechanical properties research is classified according to the strain rate related rock mechanics problem classification and experimental methods.Then,the existing anchoring forms and characteristics of FRP anchor cable are analyzed.Finally,its application and development are reviewed and the feasible recovery methods are prospected.
