摘要
目的探讨基于行为转变理论的护理干预结合个体化饮食指导对前列腺炎患者健康行为及应对方式的影响。方法选取2021年1月至2022年1月收治的100例前列腺炎患者,按入院顺序随机将其分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组在常规护理基础上应用基于行为转变理论的护理干预结合个体化饮食指导。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的健康行为能力自评量表(SRAHP)各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的屈服、回避评分低于对照组,面对评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、前列腺素E_(2)(PGE_(2))、环氧化酶-2(COX-2)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于行为转变理论的护理干预结合个体化饮食指导有助于改善前列腺炎患者健康行为和应对方式,也能下调炎症因子表达,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effects of nursing intervention based on behavior change theory combined with individualized diet guidance on health behavior and coping style of patients with prostatitis.Methods A total of 100 patients with prostatitis admitted from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given nursing intervention based on behavior change theory combined with individualized diet guidance on the basis of the routine nursing.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of each dimension of Self-Rated Abilities for Health Practices Scale(SRAHP)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of yield and avoidance in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the score of face was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),prostaglandin E_(2)(PGE_(2))and cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention based on behavior change theory combined with individualized diet guidance is helpful to improve the health behavior and coping style of patients with prostatitis,and can also down-regulate the expression of inflammatory factors,which is worthy of promotion.
