摘要 目的研究在急诊实习生的临床教学中采用临床路径式带教方法的应用价值。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月无锡市人民医院急诊科60名实习生为研究对象,以数字随机法分为对照组和观察组,各30名。对照组应用常规教学方法,观察组应用临床路径式带教方法,对比两组考核成绩、满意度、调查问卷结果。结果观察组各项考核成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的教学满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组各项调查结果均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将临床路径式带教方法应用于急诊实习生的临床教学中,有利于改善评价结果,提高实习生对教学方法的满意度,提高实习生的综合素质。 Objective To study the application value of clinical path teaching method in the clinical teaching of emer-gency interns.Methods Sixty interns from the Emergency Department of Wuxi People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an ob-servation group,with 30 interns in each group.The control group used conventional teaching methods,and the obser-vation group used clinical pathway teaching methods to compare the assessment results,satisfaction and questionnaire results of the two groups.Results The observation group had higher scores in various assessments than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had better survey results than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ap-plying the clinical pathway teaching method to the clinical teaching of emergency interns is conducive to improving the evaluation results,improving the interns'satisfaction with the teaching methods,and improving the interns'com-prehensive quality.
