摘要
目的分析新生儿科护理管理工作中应用精细化管理的效果。方法选取2020年1月—2022年12月湖北省当阳市人民医院儿科工作的20名护理人员,按照管理形式分为两组,每组10名。研究组实行精细化管理,对照组实行常规护理管理,每组对应选取50例新生儿。对两组护理管理质量进行对比。结果研究组护理质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理差错率以及投诉率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组病房卫生质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精细化管理用于新生儿科护理管理当中,会提升护理管理质量,降低护理人员出现差错以及被投诉的概率,保持良好的病房卫生质量,使儿科患儿以及家属更加认可护理人员工作,值得运用。
Objective To analyze the effect of refined management in the nursing management of neonatal department.Methods Twenty nurses in the department of pediatrics of Dangyang People´s Hospital of Hubei Province from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to the management form,with 10 nurses in each group.The research group implemented refined management,while the control group implemented routine nursing management,with 50 newborns selected for each group.Compared the quality of nursing management between two groups.Results The nursing quality score of the research group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing error rate and complaint rate in the research group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of ward hygiene quality in the research group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the research group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting refined management in the nursing management of neonatology can improve the quality of nursing management,reduce the probability of nursing staff making mistakes and being complained,maintain a good ward hygiene quality,which can make pediatric patients and their families more aware of the work of nursing staff,which is worth using.
