高速公路养护施工封道时间优化模型研究

摘要 为了优化养护施工封道时间方案,提升高速公路的通行能力及服务水平,采用高速公路通行费、交通流量、施工成本、施工工期等要素对养护施工封道的时间建立通行费收入和施工时间延迟的最优化数学模型,通过算法求解,计算出封道施工时间的最佳策略,并以甬台温高速公路塘下—瑞安、瑞安—塘下方向养护施工的工程场景为例,演示了养护施工时间优化模型的应用方法。结果显示,施工封道方案优化后,塘下—瑞安、瑞安—塘下的高速通行收益均有增加,并可有效解决涉及收费高速公路养护施工的交通组织问题。 In order to optimize the closure time schedule of the maintenance construction and upgrade the traffic capacity of the highway and improve the service level,the highway toll,traffic flow,construction cost,construction period and other factors are used to establish an optimal mathematical model of toll revenue and construction time delay for the time of road closure for maintenance and construction,and the optimal strategy for the construction time of road closure is calculated by solving the algorithm.The application method of the maintenance and construction time optimization model is demonstrated by taking the engineering scenes of the maintenance and construction in the direction of Tangxia-Rui′an and Ruian-Tangxia of Yongtaiwen Expressway as examples.The results show that the optimized construction road closure scheme increases the traffic income of Tangxia-Ruian,Ruian-Tangxia expressway,which can effectively solve the traffic organization problem of maintenance and construction involved in the problem of expressway toll collection.
