摘要
地铁供电系统作为地铁各系统中的核心系统之一,其安全稳定运行关系着地铁网络运营的质量。本文针对近年城市轨道交通变电所专业监理实际案例,在供电智能运维系统暂无验收规范的情况下,通过材料封样管理和首件制两项管控措施,加强项目监理机构的质量控制,具体阐述项目中实施监理的过程与取得的效果,与设备监理的同行共同学习进步。
As one of the core systems of subway systems,the safe and stable operation of subway power supply system is related to the quality of subway network operation.Based on the actual case of professional supervision of urban rail transit substation in recent years,in the absence of acceptance specifications for the power supply intelligent operation and maintenance system,this paper strengthens the quality control of the project supervision organization through two management and control measures,namely,material sealing sample management and first piece system,specifically describes the process of implementation of supervision and the results achieved in the project,and learns and progresses together with peers of equipment supervision.
