摘要
基于物联网技术,面向工厂动力车间安全生产,提出一种基于LoRaWAN通信协议的升降机安全高度预警系统方案,以LoRaWAN协议实现网络层设计,使用低功耗微控制器,结合LoRa模块与单点激光雷达作为检测节点,实现对车间升降机等登高作业工具高度数据的采集,满足其对登高作业的安全监管要求。
Based on internet of things,the study proposes a lift safety height warning system scheme based on LoRaWAN communication protocol for the safety production of the power plant.LoRaWAN protocol is used to realize the network layer design,low-power microcontroller is used,LoRa module and single point laser radar are combined as the detection node,and the height data collection of the workshop lift and other climbing tools is realized to meet the safety supervision requirements of workshop safety management for climbing operation.
