摘要
以中国2015—2020年科技成果转化数据为样本,构建面板数据检验大数据与科技成果转化的作用机理。研究发现:大数据与科技成果转化呈现“U”型关系,即短期内大数据抑制科技成果转化,长期随着市场机制完善而促进科技成果转化;技术溢出效应、产学研合作机制、R&D内部经费支出机制在大数据与科技成果转化的“U”型关系中起中介传导作用;大数据与企业、科研机构的科技成果转化呈现“U”型关系与高校科技成果转化呈现倒“U”型关系并存在滞后性。
This paper takes China’s technology transfer data from 2015 to 2020 as a sample to build panel data to test the mechanism of big data and technology transfer.The results show that:Big data has a“U-shaped”relationship with technology transfer,that is,big data inhibits technology transfer in the short term,and promotes technology transfer with the improvement of market mechanism in the long term;Technology spillover effect,industry university research cooperation mechanism and R&D internal expenditure mechanism play an intermediary role in the“U-shaped”relationship between big data and technology transfer.Heterogeneity analysis shows that big data has a“U-shaped”relationship with technology transfer of enterprises and scientific research institutions,and lags behind technology transfer of colleges and universities,showing an“inverted U-shaped”relationship.
