摘要
分析国内外卫生系统韧性的研究现状,以期为卫生系统韧性研究可持续发展提供积极的参考价值。目前国内外卫生系统韧性研究正处于快速发展时期,主要集中于基本内涵、衡量与评价、影响因素与提升策略、新冠病毒感染疫情等方面;国内研究起步相对较晚,研究内容相对薄弱,国外在该领域取得了一定进展,但研究广度和深度有待加强。未来研究及探索的方向是:采用定量方法进行实证研究、展现时空动态性的卫生系统韧性评价研究、多灾种耦合的卫生系统韧性评估工具研究以及医疗挤兑背景下的卫生系统韧性治理策略研究等。
This paper analyzes the current research of health system resilience at home and abroad in order to provide positive reference for the sustainable development of the research of health system resilience.At present,the research on health system resilience at home and abroad is in a period of rapid development,mainly focusing on the basic connotation,measurement and evaluation,influencing factors,enhancement strategies and COVID-19.Domestic research starts relatively late,and the research content is weak;while foreign countries have made some progress in this field,but the breadth and depth of research need to be strengthened.Directions of future research and exploration are empirical research using quantitative methods,evaluation and research of health system resilience showing temporal and spatial dynamics,assessment tools of health system resilience with multi-hazard coupling,and governance strategy of health system resilience in the context of overwhelmed health systems.
