摘要
信号放大技术的快速发展为比率型电化学生物传感器的设计提供了新思路。首先,综述了近5年来多种信号放大技术在比率型电化学生物传感器领域的应用进展;然后,系统介绍了3种不同类型的信号放大应用手段;最后,展望了其在比率型电化学生物传感器的应用前景。
Rapid development of signal amplification technology provides a new idea for the design of ratio electrochemical biosensor.Firstly,application progress of various signal amplification technologies in the field of ratio electrochemical biosensors in recent five years is reviewed.Then,three different types of signal amplification application methods are systematically introduced.Finally,the application prospect in ratio electrochemical biosensor are looked forward to.
