行动者网络理论视域下家校共育困境与纾困之道 被引量:2

The Dilemma and Relief of Home-school Cooperation from the Perspective of Actor Network Theory

摘要 家校共育是多主体参与的跨界行动,却存在单向度的、主体间关系失衡的现实问题。行动者网络理论是在各行动者之间建构联动网络的解释性框架。本研究借助该理论,对一所学校的家校共育实践进行田野考察,并选取3名学校管理者、20名教师、20名家长进行访谈,发现造成家校共育现实困境的关键因素在于:行动者识别不足且核心行动者不明确、行动者多关注个人利益需求而缺乏全局意识、多以处理“人—事”思维开展实践。为实现高质量的家校共育,纾困之道在于:全面识别异质行动者,明确校长作为核心行动者的转译作用以激活行动者网络;建立异质行动者间的沟通路径,帮助其树立公共意识;政府部门提供专业支持,增强各异质行动者的胜任力。 Home-school cooperation is a cross-border action with the participation of multiple subjects,but there are practical problems of one-dimensional and unbalanced relationship between subjects.Actor network theory is an explanatory framework aimed at building a linkage network among various actors.With the help of this theory,a field research was conducted on the practice of home-school cooperation in a school,and 3 school administrators,20 teachers and 20 parents were selected for interviews.It is found that the key factors causing the realistic dilemma of home-school cooperation are:the actors do not identify enough and the core actors are unclear,the actors pay more attention to the needs of personal interests and lack of overall awareness,and mostly carry out practice by dealing with the thinking of"subject-event",In order to realize high-quality home-school cooperation,it is proposed that the way to relief is to comprehensively identify the heterogeneous actors and clarify the translation role of the principal as the core actor to activate the actor-network;establish communication paths among heterogeneous actors to help them build public awareness;and provide professional support from government departments to enhance the competence of each heterogeneous actor.
