摘要
集约化土地利用的背景下出现了较多临近既有地铁的共建项目,对既有线的安全运营提出了挑战。基于某共建管廊项目,系统性地从综合井功能及过既有线的方式进行了优化设计,从减少综合井深度及改穿越既有地铁区间下穿为上跨进行了优化,并对深基坑开挖及盾构对既有地铁区间上跨进行数值模拟。通过研究发现从以上两个方面进行优化具有经济性及安全性,数值模拟计算结果也表明深基坑引起地铁区间位移可以达7.6 mm,应加强基坑开挖支护设计,同时上跨地铁区间会引起区间略微上浮,但优化方案满足地铁安保需求。
Under the background of intensive land use,there were many co-construction projects near the existing subway,which pose a challenge to the safe operation of the existing line.Based on a co-built pipe gallery project,the optimization design was systematically car‐ried out from the function of the comprehensive well and the way of crossing the existing line,from the reduction of the depth of the com‐prehensive well and the change of crossing the existing subway section to the upper span,and the numerical simulation was carried out for the deep foundation pit excavation and shield tunneling on the upper span of the existing subway section.Through research,it was found that it is economical and safe to optimize from the above two aspects.The numerical simulation results also show that the displacement of metro section caused by deep foundation pit can reach 7.6 mm,and the design of foundation pit excavation and support should be strengthened.At the same time,crossing the metro section will cause the section to float slightly,but the optimization scheme meets the security requirements of metro.
