摘要
某高层办公楼塔楼楼板平面跨度12.7~13.5 m,通过结构平面布置多方案对比,选用受力简洁明确的扁梁单向板平面布置方案,创造性地提出了管线跨越安装措施,有效解决了扁梁对管线安装的影响;针对大跨度楼板导致的边梁扭转效应大的问题,采取预应力措施减小楼板挠度,从而减小边梁扭矩,合理控制边梁截面,取得了较好的经济和安全效果,为类似建筑提供参考。
A high-rise office building with floor slab span of 12.7~13.5 m for the standard floor.Through comparison of multiple plans of structural plane layout,the plane layout plan of flat beam one-way plate with simple and clear stress is selected,and the pipeline cross‐ing installation measure is creatively put forward to effectively solve the impact of flat beam on pipeline installation.For the large torsion ef‐fect of boundary beam caused by long span plate,the prestressing measure is taken to reduce the deflection of the floor slab,thus reducing the torsion of the boundary beam,reasonably controlling the section of boundary beam,and achieving good economic and safety effects,providing reference for similar buildings.
