摘要
基于2005—2021年中国与东盟十国双边ICT产品贸易面板数据,运用RCA指数、TCI指数、GL指数和BI指数,构建随机前沿引力模型,对中国与东盟ICT产品贸易特征、贸易效率及贸易潜力进行分析。研究结果表明:中国和东盟ICT产品进出口结构失调,商品结构集中,贸易逆差不断扩大;双方具有较强的ICT产品出口竞争优势和贸易结构互补性,但均存在下降趋势;同时,双边依据自身竞争优势,形成了优势互补、产业内贸易和产业间贸易并存的贸易结构。东盟十国ICT产品的平均贸易效率呈逐步上升趋势,多数东盟国家贸易效率保持增长态势;中国和东盟的双边ICT贸易已具有相当的贸易潜力和扩展空间,但贸易潜力国别差异明显。
Based on the panel data of bilateral ICT product trade between China and ten ASEAN countries from 2005 to 2021,this paper uses RCA index,TCI index,GL index and BI index to build a stochastic frontier gravity model to analyze the characteristics,efficiency and potential of ICT product trade between China and ASEAN countries.The results show that the import and export structure of ICT products between China and ASEAN is imbalanced,with a concentrated commodity structure and a continuously expanding trade deficit.Both sides have strong competitive advantages in ICT product exports and complementary trade structures,but both have a downward trend;At the same time,the two sides have formed a trade structurethat complements each other’s advantages,intra-industry trade and inter-industry trade coexisting according to their own competitive advantages.The average trade efficiency of ICT products in the ten ASEAN countries has gradually increased,with most ASEAN countries maintaining a growth trend in trade efficiency;The bilateral ICT trade between China and ASEAN already has considerable trade potential and expansion space,but the trade potential varies significantly among countries.
