摘要
工程预算是建筑工程造价控制管理的重要手段,可以为人力、物力、资金的合理配置提供保障,并强化动态化、精细化造价控制,保障造价控制管理工作水平的提升,促进建筑工程施工的顺利进行。针对工程预算中遇到的问题,需要结合工程实际情况,采取合理措施进行措施,有效提升工程预算水平,强化工程造价成本控制力度,实现项目效益最大化。论文主要对工程预算在建筑工程造价控制中的具体应用策略进行分析,旨在进一步提高工程预算编制水平,强化建筑工程造价控制效果,实现建筑工程项目经济效益最大化,推动建筑行业的可持续发展。
Project budget is an important means of construction project cost control and management,which can provide guarantee for the reasonable allocation of manpower,material resources and funds,and strengthen the dynamic and fine cost control,ensure the improvement of the cost control and management level,and promote the smooth progress of construction engineering construction.In view of the problems encountered in the project budget,it is necessary to take reasonable measures according to the actual situation of the project,effectively improve the level of the project budget,strengthen the project cost control,and maximize the project benefit.This paper mainly analyzes the specific application strategy of the project budget in the construction project cost control,aiming to further improve the level of the project budget,strengthen the effect of the construction project cost control,maximize the economic benefit of the construction project,and promote the sustainable development of the construction industry.
