摘要
本文在梳理党的教育方针中关于劳动教育思想发展演变的基础上,以劳动教育实践活动具有涵化育人特质为理论基础,以结合图书馆业务开展的劳动教育项目设计、实施过程为例,实证分析提出在劳动实践活动中推进服务育人的几点策略:注重顶层规划,融入学校人才培养体系,提高用户参与度;强化阵地建设,确立图书馆立德树人主体意识;突出志愿服务属性,培育学生的奉献精神;推进体系化建设,提高科学管理效力。
After sorting out the development and evolution of“labor education thought”in the CPC’s educational policy,this paper proposes the theory of“labor education”nurtures people.It studies the design and implementation of labor education projects by library,and empirically analyzes and puts forward several strategies in the process:to pay attention to top-level planning,to integrate into the school talent training system,to improve user participation,to strengthen the construction of library and establish the consciousness of moral cultivation in library,to highlight the attributes of voluntary service and cultivate the giving culture of students,and to promote systematic construction and improve the effectiveness of scientific management.
