摘要
国家昌盛,香港地区繁荣;国家安全,香港地区稳定;国家的未来,就是香港地区的未来。《中华人民共和国香港特别行政区维护国家安全法》实施以来,香港地区社会乱局实现了重大转折,管治秩序得到有效恢复。中国香港特区政府将从多个方面充实国民教育体系,包括进一步优化宪法、中国香港基本法和国家安全教育等。深化香港地区高校国家安全教育势在必行,有关责任主体应该协调推进完善香港地区国家安全教育。从社会政策层面、校园管治层面、法律层面多措并举粉碎“港独”入侵高校阴谋,净化高校校园环境,夯实大学生爱国主义根基,推动香港地区国家安全教育落地生根,把实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦作为教育重要使命。香港地区大学生应积极加深国情认识,强化政治认同,融入国家发展大局,坚定道路自信、理论自信、制度自信、文化自信,保证“一国两制”的顺利持续推进并能够行稳致远。
When China flourishes,Hong Kong is prosperous.When China is secure,Hong Kong is stable.The national future is the future of Hong Kong.Since the implementation of the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Safeguarding National Security in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region,Hong Kong’s social disturbance has changed dramatically,and its governance has been effectively restored.The HKSAR Government will enrich the national education system in various aspects,including further enhancing the Constitution,the Hong Kong Basic Law and national security education.It is imperative to deepen national security education in colleges and universities in Hong Kong,and relevant responsible entities should coordinate and promote the improvement of national security education in Hong Kong.From the level of social policy,campus governance and law,multiple measures have been taken to smash the conspiracy of“Hong Kong independence”to invade universities,cleanse the campus environment,consolidate the foundation of patriotism among college students,promote the implementation of national security education in Hong Kong,and take the realization of the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation as an important mission of education.College students in Hong Kong should deepen their understanding of national conditions,strengthen their political identity,integrate into the overall development of the country,strengthen their confidence in the road,theory,system and culture,and ensure the smooth and sustainable advancement of“one country,two systems”.
