肠道微生物在炎症性肠病中的研究进展

Research progress of the intestinal microbes in inflammatory bowel disease

摘要 炎症性肠病(IBD)是发生在肠道的一种特发性炎性疾病。肠道微生物在保持机体肠黏膜屏障功能、调节机体代谢和维持免疫稳态中发挥重要功能,在IBD发生、发展以及治疗中可能发挥的作用已引起研究者的关注。因此,研究IBD的肠道微生物基础,有利于阐明相关发病机制,可能为该疾病的预防、诊断、治疗和预后转归提供新思路。本文综述IBD中关于肠道微生物的研究进展。 Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)is an idiopathic inflammatory disease affecting the gastrointestinal tract.Gut microbiota play an important role in keeping the intestinal mucosal barrier,regulating body metabolism and maintaining immune homeostasis.The potential role of the microbiome in the development,progression,and treatment of IBD has aroused more attention.Therefore,a better understanding of the role of gut microbiota in IBD may provide better insights for disease prevention,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis,which is important for understanding the pathogenesis.In this review,research of gut microbiota in IBD are summarized.
