摘要
传承大学文化和精神是建设一流大学的重要内容,校友是大学文化和精神的传承者和践行者,也是一流大学建设的重要参与者和支持者。特别是在抗击新冠肺炎疫情工作中,校友为医学院校援鄂医疗工作、校园防疫、捐赠办学经费、学生就业等提供了宝贵支持;也促进了医学院校对校友工作的进一步重视,但作为一流医学教育学生培养最重要环节的直属医院的院系校友工作仍有很大的提升空间,特别是加快校友组织建设,避免校友工作开展“功利化”,发掘校友的人文价值等方面值得深入研究。
Inheriting university culture and spirit is an important content in the construction of a first-class university.Alumni are the inheritors and practitioners of university culture and spirit,as well as important participants and supporters of building a first-class university.Especially in the fight against the COVID-19 epidemic,the alumni have provided valuable support for medical college medical aid work in Hubei,campus epidemic prevention,donation of school funds and students'employment.It has also promoted the further attention paid to the proofreading alumni work of medical colleges.However,as the most important link in the cultivation of first-class medical students,the alumni work of affiliated hospitals stil has great room for improvement.In particular,it is worth further research to accelerate the construction of the alumni organization,avoid the"utilitarianism"of alumni work and explore the humanistic value of alumni.
