摘要
刑事诉讼法教学发展至今,已由传统的“填鸭式”教学法走向了法条教学法、案例教学法、线上教学法、模拟教学法等,逐渐形成了多元繁荣、相竞共生的景象。这给刑事诉讼法学科的发展,既带来了机遇,又带来了挑战。从历史论的角度来看,教学方法的优化绝不是“存在即合理”公式的简单套用,应当在遵循学科规律的基础之上,构建有效的教学检验及评价机制,推动刑事诉讼法教学育人协同化发展,更进一步优化线上教学模式,探索更为广阔的法学实践“田野”。
So far,the teaching of criminal procedure law has developed from the traditional"cramming"teaching method to the bloom of different teaching methods like law teaching method,the case teaching method,the online teaching method,and simulated teaching method.This brings both opportunities and challenges to the development of the discipline of criminal procedure law.However,from the perspective of historical theory,the optimization of teaching methods is not a simple application of the formula of"existence is reasonable",but should build an effective teaching inspection and evaluation mechanism on the basis of following the discipline rules,promote the collaborative development of teaching and education of criminal procedure law,further optimize the online teaching mode,and explore a broader"field"of legal practice.
