摘要
目的 分析探讨加减黄连温胆汤联合泮托拉唑肠溶胶囊治疗胃食管反流病的疗效及有效率。方法 随机选取2021年3月—2022年10月福建医科大学附属龙岩第一医院接受干预治疗的胃食管反流病60例为研究对象,以随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采用泮托拉唑肠溶胶囊治疗,观察组采用加减黄连汤联合泮托拉唑肠溶胶囊治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果 观察组有效率(93.33%)高于对照组(70.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.454,P<0.05);观察组嗳气反流、胸骨后灼痛或不适、反酸中医证候积分均明显低于对照组,反流次数、最长反流时间、反流时间>5 min次数均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。讨论 临床为胃食管反流病患者实施加减黄连温胆汤联合泮托拉唑肠溶胶囊治疗,临床疗效确切,对控制胆汁反流次数及提升临床治疗效果有积极作用,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the curative effect and effective rate of modified Huanglian Wendan decoction combined with pantoprazole enteric-coated capsules in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease.Methods 60patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease who received intervention treatment at Longyan First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from March 2021 to October 2022 were randomly selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with pantoprazole enteric coated capsules,while the observation group was treated with modified Huanglian Tang combined with pantoprazole enteric coated capsules.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of the observation group (93.33%) was higher than that of the control group (70.00%),the difference was statistically significant (χ^(2)=5.454,P<0.05).The observation group showed significantly lower scores of belching reflux,sternal pain or discomfort,and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome of acid reflux compared to the control group,the number of reflux times,longest reflux time,and reflux time5 minutes were all better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Huanglian Wendan decoction combined with pantoprazole enteric-coated capsules is applied clinically to treat patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease.
