摘要
目的 研究对全麻术后合并糖尿病患者采取综合护理干预的效果。方法 于2021年1—12月三明市第一医院手术室择期行全麻手术的患者中随机选取90例合并糖尿病患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为两组,各54例。对照组按照常规护理,观察组采取综合护理。对比两组护理效果。结果 观察组血糖水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为4.44%,低于对照组的22.22%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.154,P<0.05)。观察组睡眠质量和自我效能感优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组满意度为97.78%,高于对照组的82.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对于全麻术后合并糖尿病患者采取综合护理干预能够改善患者自我效能感,严格控制血糖水平,改善其睡眠情况,对于加快患者康复速度、缩短康复时间具有积极影响,更能得到患者的认可和满意。
Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with combined diabetes mellitus after general anesthesia.Methods From January to December 2021,90 patients with diabetes mellitus from the operating room of Sanming First Hospital for elective general anesthesia surgery were randomly selected as the study object,and were divided into two groups by random number table method,the control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The blood glucose level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.44%,lower than 22.22% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.154,P<0.05).The quality of sleep and self-efficacy of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was 97.78%,higher than that of the control group(82.22%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with comorbid diabetes mellitus after general anesthesia surgery can improve patients' sense of self-efficacy,strictly control their blood glucose level,improve their sleep,and have a positive impact on accelerating patients' recovery and shortening the recovery time,which is better recognized and satisfied by patients.
