摘要
目的 探讨对子宫异常出血患者分别给予宫腔镜下电切术以及宫腔镜下刮宫术完成治疗后获得临床效果。方法 选取2020年2月—2022年7月山东国欣颐养集团枣庄医院50例子宫异常出血患者作为研究对象,以投掷硬币法进行分组,其中施以宫腔镜下刮宫术治疗的设为参照组(n=25);施以宫腔镜下电切术治疗的设为研究组(n=25)。对比两组子宫异常出血患者手术总有效率、手术情况、并发症总发生率。结果 研究组子宫异常出血患者手术总有效率(96.00%)同参照组(76.00%)比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=2.657,P>0.05)。研究组子宫异常出血患者术中出血量(35.16±5.16)mL、临床手术时间(25.79±5.79)min、患者下床活动时间(3.39±1.33)d以及平均住院时间(2.15±0.75)d均优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组子宫异常出血患者并发症总发生率(8.00%)同参照组展开比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 宫腔镜下电切术可提高子宫异常出血患者手术总有效率,显著减少术中出血量,缩短临床手术时间、患者下床活动时间以及平均住院时间,显著降低并发症发生率。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of hysteroscopic resection and hysteroscopic curettage on patients with abnormal uterine bleeding.Methods Fifty patients with abnormal uterine bleeding at Zaozhuang Hospital of Shandong Guoxin Yiyang Group from February 2020 to July 2022 were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into different groups using the coin toss method.Among them,those who received hysteroscopic curettage treatment were set as the reference group(n=25);the study group(n=25)was treated with hystero⁃scopic resection.Compared the total effective rate,surgical situation,and overall incidence of complications between two groups of patients with abnormal uterine bleeding.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the total effective rate of surgery between the study group(96.00%)and the reference group(76.00%)for patients with abnormal uterine bleeding(χ^(2)=2.657,P>0.05).The intraoperative bleed⁃ing volume(35.16±5.16)mL,clinical surgery time(25.79±5.79)min,patient ambulation time(3.39±1.33)d,and average hospital stay(2.15±0.75)d of patients with abnormal uterine bleeding in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statis⁃tically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of complications in patients with abnormal uterine bleeding in the study group(8.00%)and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopic electrocautery can improve the overall effective rate of surgery for patients with abnormal uterine bleeding,significantly reduce intraoperative bleeding,shorten clinical surgery time,patient ambulation time,and average hospital stay,and significantly reduce the incidence of complications.
