摘要
为明确高校图书馆读者荐购服务满意度影响因素及其作用机制,文章依据读者满意度理论,构建高校图书馆读者荐购服务满意度评价模型,并通过读者荐购服务满意度量表问卷采集原始数据,对模型进行实证检验。研究表明:读者荐购服务的荐购流程体验、馆员服务质量体验、图书馆资源与服务体验、荐购系统操作体验均对读者满意度具有显著正向影响,但4项指标的得分均值较低,表明读者荐购服务满意度有待提高,基于此,提出高校图书馆读者荐购服务优化策略。
In order to clarify the influencing factors of readers satisfaction with recommendation services in university libraries and mechanism,this paper proposes an evaluation model of readers satisfaction with recommendation services in university libraries based on the theory of readers'satisfaction.The original data is collected from the questionnaire of readers'recommendation service satisfaction,and the model is empirically tested.Research has shown that the recommendation process experience,librarian service quality experience,library resources and service experience,and recommendation system operation experience of reader recommendation services have a significant positive impact on reader satisfaction.However,the average score of the above four indicators is low,indicating that the satisfaction of reader recommendation services needs improvement.Based on this,optimization strategies for reader recommendation services in university libraries are proposed.
