摘要
为了准确评价防波堤运营期健康状态的等级,建立了基于改进直觉模糊集逼近理想解排序法(Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution,TOPSIS)的防波堤健康状态评价模型。首先,通过最小熵原理对多种组合权重方法进行最优化处理,以改进直觉模糊集TOPSIS法。其次,以安全性、适用性、耐久性3个维度建立防波堤运营期健康状态评价指标体系,该指标体系采用3个定性指标和8个定量指标进行表征。最后,将改进直觉模糊集TOPSIS模型应用到渤海基地港池护岸防波堤运营期健康状态评价中,并与改进前模型计算结果、实际情况进行对比分析。结果表明,改进模型计算结果与实际情况比较一致,优于改进前评价结果,为防波堤运营期健康状态评价提供了一种新的途径。
To accurately evaluate the health status of breakwaters during operation,a breakwater health status evaluation model based on an improved intuitionistic fuzzy set Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution(TOPSIS)method is established.Firstly,the Lagrange multiplier method,multiplication formula,and linear weighting method are optimized by the principle of minimum entropy to improve the intuitionistic fuzzy TOPSIS method.Secondly,the health status evaluation index system of breakwater during the operation period is established from the three dimensions of safety,applicability,and durability.The health status evaluation index system includes 3 qualitative indexes and 8 quantitative indexes.Then,the improved intuitionistic fuzzy set TOPSIS model is applied to the health status evaluation of the port basin revetment breakwater in Bohai base during operation.Finally,the calculation results of the improved model,the calculation results of the model before the improvement,and the actual situation were compared and analyzed.The improved intuitionistic fuzzy set TOPSIS model proposed in this paper is close to the actual situation.However,when the intuitionistic fuzzy set TOPSIS Model(subjective weight)is applied for evaluation,monitoring points 3 and 4 deviate from the actual situation.When the intuitionistic fuzzy set TOPSIS Model(objective weight)is applied for evaluation,there is a deviation between monitoring point 4 and the actual situation.It can be explained that before the model is improved,the subjective weight depends on the subjective judgment of experts,while the objective weight is greatly affected by the difference in objective data.The model combines objective weights with subjective weights and optimizes the combined weights to improve the calculation accuracy.The evaluation results are more objective and reasonable,providing a new way for the health state evaluation of breakwaters during operation.
