摘要
对机柜间的改造方式进行了简介与比较,阐述了贴临甲类厂房布置的无人值守机柜间抗爆改造的缘由,通过爆炸安全风险评估确定了爆炸冲击波超压值和正压作用时间,通过建筑物结构动态响应分析计算确定了抗爆改造方案,最后按照抗爆改造方案及化工甲级设计院出具的施工图进行了抗爆施工和专家验收。
A brief introduction and comparison were made on the renovation methods of the cabinet room,and the explosion resistance of the unmanned cabinet room arranged adjacent to the Class A factory building was elaborated.The reason for the renovation was determined through the explosion safety risk assessment to determine the overpressure value and positive pressure action time of the explosion shock wave.Through the dynamic analysis of the building structure.The state response analysis calculation determined the anti explosion renovation plan,and finally carried out according to the anti explosion renovation plan and the construction drawings issued by the Class A chemical design institute anti explosion construction and expert acceptance have been carried out.
