中厚板测厚仪防冲撞自动保护装置的设计与应用

摘要 针对中厚板生产线γ射线测厚仪存在的问题,开发一种中厚板测厚仪防冲撞自动保护装置。该装置设置在γ射线测厚仪前端,当钢板在轧制中翘头且头部高度超过γ射线测厚仪高度时,钢板头部首先接触到防冲撞单元的冲撞触头,冲撞触头带动冲撞信号检测单元将钢板轧翘信号反馈至精轧机控制系统精轧机控制系统自动锁定轧机主机和辊道的正向轧制操作,从而避免轧翘钢板直接撞击γ射线测厚仪,起到保护设备安全、提高生产效率的作用。 In order to resolve the existing problems ofγ-ray thickness gauge in medium plate production line,an automatic anti-collision protection device for plate thickness gauge is developed.The device is placed in front of theγ-ray thickness gauge.When the steel plate head is ski-up and the height of the plate head exceeds the height of theγ-ray thickness gauge,the plate head may first hit the collision sensor of the anti-collision protection device,and the collision sensor activates the collision signal detecting unit to feedback the plate head ski-up signal to the control system of the finishing mill,and the finishing mill control system automatically de-activates the forward rolling operation of the mill drive and roller table to avoid direct impact the as-rolled plate with head ski-up onto theγ-ray thickness gauge and protect equipment,improve the productivity.
