摘要
文中以冲击碾压技术为研究对象,针对新建项目地质特征和分布情况,经黄土力学性质的试验检测,采用试验段的形式进行冲压处理,以获取冲压遍数、冲压速度、含水量范围等施工参数。实践表明,试验段冲压方案合理可行,黄土湿陷性消除,地基变形趋于稳定,压实度基本符合要求,地基承载力提升150%~180%,综合评价合格,所获取的施工参数可指导大面积正式施工。
Based on the summary of historical project experience,taking the impact rolling technology as the research object,aiming at the geological characteristics and distribution of the new project,and through the test and detection of the mechanical properties of loess,the test section is used for punching treatment to obtain the construction parameters such as punching times,punching speed,and water content range.Practice has shown that the stamping plan for the experimental section is reasonable and feasible,the loess collapsibility is eliminated,the foundation deformation tends to be stable,the compaction degree basically meets the requirements,the foundation bearing capacity is increased by 150%~180%,and the comprehensive evaluation is qualified.The obtained construction parameters can guide large-scale formal construction.
