摘要
国企是政府管控的企业,要想得到稳定、长足、良性的发展,必须以国家法律为依托进行治理。依法治理企业的关键是建立合乎法律规定的管理体系。从国企合规管理现状、国企合规管理体系建设的意义、国企合规管理体系建设的要素、国企合规管理体系建设过程中存在的问题以及对策研究等方面展开论述,以期为企业合规管理提供一定的借鉴。
State-owned enterprises are government-controlled enterprises,and in order to achieve stable,sustainable,and healthy development,they must be governed based on national laws.The key to govern enterprises in accordance with the law is to establish a management system that complies with legal regulations.This article discusses the current situation of compliance management in state-owned enterprises,and the significance,elements,problems and countermeasures of building a compliance management system for state-owned enterprises,in order to provide some reference for enterprise compliance management.
