摘要
目的系统评价中国老年人吞咽障碍的检出率。方法计算机检索中英文数据库PubMed、Embase、Cochrane Library、Web of Science、中国知网、万方、维普、CBM中关于中国老年人吞咽障碍检出率的横断面研究,检索时间从建库至2022年10月31日。2名研究者独立对所得文献进行筛选、数据提取及质量评价,并采用Stata 15.1软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入25个横断面研究,共16459例研究对象。Meta分析结果显示,中国老年人吞咽障碍检出率为32.4%[95%CI(26.3%,38.5%)]。男性和女性老年人吞咽障碍检出率分别为32.6%和33.5%。60~69岁、70~79岁和≥80岁者分别为16.5%、27.9%和45.6%。结论中国老年人吞咽障碍检出率较高,且呈现出随年龄的增长而增长的趋势,不同性别、年龄、文化程度、生活习惯、居住情况、伴随疾病的老年人群吞咽障碍检出率存在一定差异。受纳入研究数量和质量的限制,上述结论尚待更多高质量研究予以验证。
Objective To systematically review the detection rate of deglutition disorders among Chinese elderly.Methods Cross-sectional studies reporting the detection rate of deglutition disorders among the Chinese elderly published before October 31,2022 were searched in Chinese-language and English-language databases,including PubMed,Embase,Cochrane Library,Web of Science,CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,and Chinese Biomedical Literatures database(CBM).Two researchers independently screened literatures,extracted data,and evaluated the quality of the obtained literatures.Stata 15.1 software was used for Meta-analysis.Results A total of 25 cross-sectional studies were included,with a total of 16459 subjects.The results of meta-analysis showed that the detection rate of deglutition disorders in Chinese elderly was 32.4%(95%CI:26.3%,38.5%).The detection rates of deglutition disorders in male and female elderly were 32.6%and 33.5%,respectively,which,in 60-69 years old,70-79 years old and≥80 years old group were 16.5%,27.9%and 45.6%,respectively.Conclusion The detection rate of deglutition disorders in the Chinese elderly is relatively high,showing an increasing trend with age.The detection rate of deglutition disorders in the elderly population with different genders,ages,education levels,living habits,living conditions,and concomitant diseases varies.Limited by the quantity and quality of the included studies,the above conclusions need to be verified by more high-quality studies.
