摘要
机制砂因其粒形、颗粒级配、石粉含量和压碎指标等质量指标不同于天然砂,导致混凝土性能存在差异。在分析国内外标准规范的基础上,结合搅拌站生产实际对机制砂的主要技术指标及其对混凝土性能影响进行了分析,进而为机制砂的工程应用提出建议。
Manufactured sand differs from natural sand in terms of quality indicators such as particle shape,particle grading,stone powder content,and crushing index,resulting in differences in concrete performance.Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign standards and specifications,combined with the actual production of mixing plants,the main technical indicators of manufactured sand and its impact on concrete performance are analyzed,and suggestions are put forward for the engineering application of manufactured sand.
