摘要
龙胆苦苷属于环烯醚萜苷类化合物,具有良好的生物活性,且药理作用十分广泛。但因其水溶性高,代谢速度快,生物利用度低的缺点,在一定程度上限制了其在临床上的应用。因此,开发更多活性好,生物利用度高的龙胆苦苷衍生物的活性分子,是近年来许多学者研究的热点。本文综述了龙胆苦苷的药理作用及衍生物的合成,主要对龙胆苦苷在抗炎镇痛、保肝利胆、健胃解痉、抗肿瘤等方面药理作用以及对其化学结构修饰优化方面的研究进行综述,为后期更深入的研究龙胆苦苷药理作用及其合成龙胆苦苷衍生物提供理论参考。
Gentiopicroside belongs to iridoid glycosides with good biological activity and extensive pharmacological effects.However,due to its high-water solubility,fast metabolism and low bioavailability,its clinical application is limited to a certain extent.Therefore,the development of more active molecules of gentiopicroside derivatives with good activity and high bioavailability is a hot research topic of many scholars in recent years.This paper reviews the pharmacological effects of gentiopicroside and the synthesis of derivatives,mainly on the pharmacological effects of gentiopicroside in anti-inflammatory and analgesic,hepatoprotectiveand gallbladder,stomachic and antispasmodic,anti-tumor and other aspects,as well as its chemical structure modification.The optimization research is reviewed to provide a theoretical reference for further in-depthhresearchon the pharmacologicaleffects ofgentiopicroside and thesynthesis of gentiopicroside derivatives.
