摘要 人工影响天气工作在保障国家粮食安全、生态文明建设和重大活动保障过程中发挥了重要作用。开展人工影响天气工作进行增雨、防雹作业,不仅是农业抗旱和防雹减灾的需要,也是水资源安全保障、生态建设和保护等方面的需要。通过分析2022年8月25日的一次降雹天气过程,介绍了系统业务功能以及实时指挥防雹作业的技术流程,再现了系统对雹云初始回波、雹云类型的自动判别,以及作业预警、决策和作业方案输出等技术环节和实时科学作业指挥过程。 Weather modification has played an important role in ensuring national food security,ecological civilization construction and major activities.To carry out weather modification work to increase rain and prevent hail is not only the needs of agricultural drought relief and hail prevention and mitigation,but also the needs of water resources security,ecological construction and protection.By taking a hail weather process on August 25,2022 as an example,the business functions of the system and the technical process of real-time command of hail prevention operations are introduced,and the automatic identification of the initial echo of hail cloud and the type of hail cloud,as well as the technical link of operation early warning,decision making and operation plan output and the real-time scientific operation command process were reproduced.
