摘要
及时掌握公众对气象服务的关注度、满意度及实际需求,对气象部门调整服务内容和方向具有重要意义。作为气象服务的短板,农村地区当前较为缺乏有针对性的气象服务质量调研和分析。基于广西东兰县农村气象服务质量的调查问卷,详细分析了广西农村地区公众对气象服务的关注度、满意度和实际需求等内容,并提出了一些对应的气象服务改进建议,可为提高农村地区气象服务质量提供重要参考。
It is of great significance for the meteorological department to adjust the service content and direction by timely grasping the public attention,satisfaction and actual demand for meteorological services.For a long time,rural areas have been short of meteorological services.At present,there is a lack of targeted research and analysis on the quality of meteorological services.Based on the questionnaire on the quality of meteorological services in rural areas of Donglan County,Guangxi,this paper analyzes in detail the public attention,satisfaction and actual demand for meteorological services in rural areas of Guangxi,and puts forward corresponding suggestions for improving meteorological services,which can provide important reference for the meteorological service industry to improve the quality of meteorological services in rural areas.
