摘要
当下我国建筑业正处于由传统的建筑业向现代建筑业转型的关键期,建筑信息化已成为传统建筑业转型的主要目标。云南城市建设职业学院紧盯新型建筑业工匠人才培养关键点,以土建类专业人才培养为突破口,以现代学徒制人才培养为抓手,切实解决传统教学内容与岗位需求脱节、校企协同育人难等问题。形成了“教学内容精准化、课程内容项目化、实践技能企业化、学徒管理信息化”的新型人才培养路径。
At present,China's construction industry is in the critical period of the transformation from the traditional construction industry to the modern construction industry,and the building information has become the main goal of the transformation of the traditional construction industry.Yunnan Urban Construction Vocational College focuses on the key points of craftsman talent training in the new construction industry,takes the training of civil engineering professionals as the breakthrough point,and the training of modern apprenticeship talents as the starting point,effectively solving the problems such as the disconnection between traditional teaching content and post demand and the difficulty of school-enterprise cooperation education.It has formed a new talent training path of"precise teaching content,project course content,enterprise practical skills,and information apprenticeship management".
