摘要
基于液压支架推移机构机械零部件疲劳寿命特点,根据液压支架现有推移机构结构特征,提出一种推移机构改进设计方案,并通过有限元分析方法对两节铰接式结构与整体推移式结构进行匹配对比,确认改进设计方案的有效性。同时,根据现行规定标准,对改进设计方案实施垂直加载有限元分析,对改进设计方案实施进一步分析研究。最后,鉴于有限元分析与工程实践的差异性,有效确认改进方案的工程应用成效。
Based on the fatigue life characteristics of the mechanical parts of the hydraulic bracket pusher mechanism,an improved design scheme of the pusher mechanism is proposed according to the structural characteristics of the existing hydraulic bracket pusher mechanism,and a matching comparison is made between the two-section articulated structure and the overall pusher structure through the finite element analysis method,so as to confirm the validity of the improved design scheme.At the same time,according to the current regulations and standards,vertical loading finite element analysis is carried out to further analyze and study the improved design scheme.Finally,in view of the difference between finite element analysis and engineering practice,engineering application analysis is also carried out to effectively confirm the effectiveness of the engineering application of the improvement scheme.
