摘要
目的分析龙岩市健康体检人群牙周状况及口腔健康知识和口腔卫生习惯。方法采取多阶段、分层、随机抽样的方法从龙岩市9家体检中心各选取500例体检者、总计4500例体检者设为研究对象,对本组受检者进行牙周健康检查,并应用问卷调查了解其对口腔健康知识、口腔卫生习惯情况,了解牙周疾病影响因素。结果本次调查共计发放4500份调查问卷,回收有效问卷4450份,回收有效率为98.89%,4450例患者中2100例牙周健康,牙周健康率为47.19%,检出525例牙石,检出870例牙龈出血,445例浅牙周袋,510例深牙周袋,年龄越长,牙周健康率也更低;调查受检者的口腔健康知识发现,随着年龄的增长,对口腔健康知识了解越低,口腔卫生习惯也越差(P<0.05)。结论龙岩市体检人群中牙周健康状况较差,特别是年龄较高的群体,因此需引起相关部门的重视,积极从日常健康宣教入手,提高人们对牙周健康的认识,保持良好的口腔卫生习惯,提高牙周健康水平。
Objective Analyze the periodontal status,oral health knowledge,and oral hygiene habits of the health examination population in Longyan city.Method A multi-stage,stratified,and random sampling method was adopted to select 500 examinees from 9 physical examination centers in Longyan city,with a total of 4500 examinees as the research subjects.Periodontal health examinations were conducted on this group of examinees,and a questionnaire survey was applied to understand their knowledge and habits of oral health,as well as the influencing factors of periodontal diseases.Result A total of 4500 survey questionnaires were distributed in this survey,and 4450 valid questionnaires were collected,with a recovery effectiveness rate of 98.89%.Among the 4450 patients,2100 had periodontal health,with a periodontal health rate of 47.19%.525 had dental stones,870 had gingival bleeding,445 had shallow periodontal pockets,and 510 had deep periodontal pockets.The older the age,the lower the periodontal health rate;A survey of the oral health knowledge of the subjects found that as they age,their understanding of oral health knowledge decreases and their oral hygiene habits also deteriorate(P<0.05).Conclusion The periodontal health status of the physical examination population in Longyan city is poor,especially for the elderly group.Therefore,it is necessary to draw the attention of relevant departments,actively start with daily health education,improve people's understanding of periodontal health,maintain good oral hygiene habits,and improve the level of periodontal health.
