摘要
高职院校勤工助学通过情境创设、动手实践,有利于培养学生“崇尚劳动”的劳动价值观、“实干兴邦”的劳动实践观,是开展劳动教育的重要抓手。通过对学生群体校内外勤工助学及日常消费的观察分析,建议高职院校通过加强以节俭为荣的价值观教育、引导学生树立合理的消费观念、强化学生的劳动获得感、推进家校社协同育人机制4个途径,把劳动教育对不同学生群体的效能作用发挥到最大。
Through situational creation and hands-on practice,work-study programs in higher vocational colleges are conducive to cultivating students’labor values of“advocating labor”and labor practice views of“rejuvenating the country through hard work”,which is an important starting point for carrying out labor education.Based on the analysis of students’daily consumption data,this paper suggests that higher vocational colleges should give full play to the effectiveness of labor education to different student groups by strengthening the education of values that are proud of thrift,cultivating students to establish reasonable consumption concepts,strengthening students’sense of labor gain,and promoting the cooperative education mechanism between home and school.
