土壤钝化剂与叶面阻控剂修复酸性镉污染土壤 被引量:5

Remediation of cadmium-contaminated soil with low pH by soil passivator and foliar barrier agent

摘要 为了比较钝化剂及叶面阻控剂对酸性镉(Cd)污染土壤的修复效果,采用为期2年的田间小区试验比较了叶面硅肥、铁基生物炭、生石灰(CaO)单一或联合处理对Cd污染粮田土壤的基本理化性质、土壤及玉米籽粒Cd含量、玉米各部位富集和转运系数的影响.结果表明:铁基生物炭、生石灰单一处理及联合处理均能显著降低土壤有效Cd含量,其中联合处理效果最佳,有效Cd含量最大降幅达到了45.44%,生石灰发挥了主要作用;联合处理能够有效降低Cd在玉米根中的富集及在籽粒中的积累,籽粒Cd含量降幅为34.55%~37.83%;Cd低积累品种玉米在保持低水平籽粒Cd含量的基础上,对土壤中的Cd具有较强富集能力,相较而言,春茬富集效果更佳.综上,根据阻控效果及机制,种植Cd低积累品种玉米基础上进行生石灰-铁基生物炭-叶面硅肥联合处理,在酸性轻度Cd污染旱田修复中具有较好的应用前景. In order to establish an ideal method to remediate Cd-contaminated soil with low pH,a two-yearlong field trial was carried out to compare the remediate effects of single treatment of foliar silicon fertilizer,iron-modified biochar,quicklime(CaO)as well as their combined treatment.After harvest,the soil physical and chemical properties,soil available Cd content,Cd content in maize grain and the translocation factor(TF)of Cd were analyzed.The results showed that single treatment of iron-modified biochar,CaO and their combined treatment significantly decreased the available Cd contents in the soil,with the best remediate effect,45.44%reduction of available Cd contents in soil,obtained in combined treatment,in which as well as CaO played a major role.Meanwhile,the combined treatment also effectively reduced Cd accumulation in grain and root parts of the plants,and the reduction of the Cd content in grain was between 34.55%and 37.83%.Comparatively,low-Cd cultivar,with a relatively lower Cd content in grain parts,was more efficient in Cd extraction and translocation.Moreover,spring stubble had a better effect than the autumn stubble.It was concluded that the recommended measure for Cd-contaminated soil with low pH was a combined treatment of foliar silicon-iron-modified biochar-quicklime with low-Cd maize cultivar,which would have a good application prospect in remediation of acidic dry field contaminated with moderate and mild Cd.
