摘要
我国玉米秸秆产量持续增加,如何高效利用玉米秸秆成为了亟待解决的问题.玉米秸秆含有大量难以降解的木质纤维素,传统的燃烧处理既污染环境又浪费资源.目前,玉米秸秆的堆肥化处理是一种非常有效的降解途径,具有绿色环保等优点.同时,在堆肥过程中添加高效纤维素降解菌可以提高基质转化率,缩短堆肥进程.相比于单一菌株,微生物菌群降解效率更高.因此,筛选高效纤维素降解菌,构建生态稳定、功能良好的复合菌剂并应用于玉米秸杆堆肥处理中,对玉米秸秆木质纤维素的资源化利用具有十分重要的意义.
The production of corn straw increased continuously in China,and how to use corn straw efficiently has become an urgent problem to be solved.Corn straw contains a lot of lignocellulose which is difficult to degrade.The traditional combustion treatment not only pollutes the environment but also wastes the resources.Currently,the composting treatment of corn straw is an effective degradation approach,with the advantages of environmental protection.Meanwhile,the addition of high-efficiency cellulose-degrading microorganisms to the composting process can improve the matrix conversion rate and shorten the composting process.Compared to single strain,the microbial agent has higher degradation efficiency.Therefore,the composite microbial agent with stable ecology and good function,which contains high-efficiency cellulose degrading microorganisms,has applied in corn straw composting process.It is of great significance to the resource utilization of corn straw lignocellulose.
